Once you have fille din the application form you will recieve an email with your login information to the Site Builer Admin section and to the Vista Control Panel.
The site builder is simple, choose a template, install it and start editing! *warning* The layout editing should be left for more advanced users.
The Vista Panel is for more advanced settings and care of your new website, most of the features you won't need as an end user, so, i'd recommend not messing with them or you can seriously mess your site up.
